With a history dating back to 5000 BC, Egypt is one of the oldest settlements in the world. Serving as a bridge between Africa and Asia and a gateway for sea travel to Europe, India, and the Far East, Egypt's strategic location has made it home to numerous civilizations throughout history. The Great Pyramid of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World and constructed during the pharaohs' reign, is a testament to this era. The mysteries surrounding the construction of the pyramids, such as the transportation of massive stone blocks, the accuracy of their calculations aligning with the value of pi, and the illumination of their most remote corners, remain unsolved. The sphinxes, with their enigmatic construction and ability to take on various animal forms influenced by the wind, continue to amaze onlookers. With all this richness, Egypt is a highly intriguing and mysterious destination for tourism, making it one of the most affordable overseas options for Turkish travelers.

🚗 Day 1 - 1 stops

1.Pyramid

Although the mysteries surrounding the purpose and construction of the pyramids remain unsolved, millions of people from diverse cultures and backgrounds flock to see these wonders of the ancient world. Their grandeur and beauty are truly captivating. A common misconception about the pyramids is that they are located in the middle of a vast desert. In fact, cities were built around the pyramids, and you can even walk through city streets to reach them. The pyramids are typically ranked by size, with Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure being the largest. Today, the most widely accepted theory is that these structures were built as monumental tombs. The interior of one of the pyramids is open to visitors.

🚗 Day 2 - 4 stops

1.Han El-halili

We could say it's the Grand Bazaar of Istanbul. It's a place that encompasses a wide variety of things, including shops for shopping, historically preserved cafes, and architectural structures. It would be a very suitable location for you on your trip to get to know and experience shopping and Turkish culture closely. If you enjoy different flavors, don't leave without trying the street food.

2.Nile River Cruise

Ending your day with a boat trip on the Nile River, enjoying a breathtaking sunset and view, will offer unparalleled tranquility. You can fully savor the beauty of the Nile.

🚗 Day 3 - 4 stops

1.El Mokattam

To reach this place, you have to pass through a rather rundown city, on a road that's not very safe and has a strong, unpleasant smell. But once you see the view, you'll think it was all worth it. The historic carvings and texture are simply breathtaking. It's also full of legends and is still in active use. It's used by Orthodox Christians. On their calendar, Christmas, which falls on January 6th, is a more dynamic and lively time. It's one of the best spots to watch the sunset and the city at night.

2.Tolunoğlu Mosque

The Tolunoğlu Mosque, a testament to ancient Turkish architecture, has stood for 1140 years. One of its most distinguishing features, setting it apart from other mosques in Egypt, is its architecture. You will undoubtedly notice this during your visit. Indeed, it is said that when Ahmet bin Tolun ordered the construction of the mosque, he insisted that it be built on a high, rocky site. When asked why, Tolun replied, 'I must build it in a place so high that even if Egypt were flooded, the mosque would remain dry, and even if all of Egypt were to burn, the fire would not touch the mosque.' To verify the truth of this statement and the suitability of the chosen location, one must visit it for themselves

🚗 Day 4 - 1 stops

1.Step Pyramid

The first step pyramid in Egypt is the Pyramid of Djoser, completed around 2650 BCE in Saqqara. The Pyramid of Djoser is believed to be the world's first known step pyramid. The structure that served as a model for the step pyramid is known as a mastaba, which is also a type of funerary architecture. It is possible to enter the pyramid. Unlike other pyramids, it is located in the middle of the desert. You can see many smaller pyramids nearby that are damaged and undergoing restoration. You can even enter some of them and examine the sarcophagi up close. On your way here, you can see banana plantations, the Nile River, and the desert.
